Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I have never really looked into any program, usually just do random stuff. At the moment I am going off 3/5/8/10 rep for 5 sets adding either reps or weights each session.

    But I would definitely be interested in running something.

    I did smolov junior for OHP. Week 1 and 2 was ok, week 3 was grindy, missed reps and generally underrecovered.
    Added only very little on test day. So little that I think I could have got it at the start if I warmed up right and nailed the attempt.


    But OHP isn't a movement I add to easily. JJayoo prob gonna JJayoo

    Probably training in a shed isn't the best thing for gains.

    But seriously I never really set proper goals or followed any programs which ended up with me doing random stuff.

    I think Alf is a a good example of someone who is training smart and making continuous progress.

    Oh ya and women, avoid wominz :(
