Not well so are very little today. Until I was handed a galaxy caramel and cup of tea. That got me started on salt and vinegar king, a Viennese whirl bikkie and then yoghurt mixed with honey and topped with a million* walnuts, pumpkin seeds, linseed and blueberries. Feeling a bit better now!

    *may be a slight exaggeration.

Living out of lunchboxes this week due to glorious shift work overtime ... roasted butternut squash, toms and onion , veggie sausages and a boiled egg ..... I was bleary eyed enough when I grabbed an assortment of tubs from the fridge ! Happy out though !

They had been fried before hand and I heated them up (oven) as they were shop bought. I used to work in a place where I had this for break sometimes and I always deep fried it. Obviously fresher is better but these were lovely.

I love you!:D We need to see it back on more menus too. Brie, Camembert in breadcrumbs, deep fried or pan fried with the Cranberry sauce on the side with some Rocket. Awesome.
