Pork fillet is in the oven and the smell is amazing. My stomach is rumbling but there's at least another hour to go.

    Dessert is not yet decided.

How is the celery cooked? In with the roast id guess? I love celery but not something I'd associate with a pork dinnee!

Celery boiled and served with Pork is lovely. Steamed is good too. An underrated Veg that can be very interesting in any veg medley. I find it most boring when served with chicken wings and blue cheese dip. Who da fook invented that???

If the wings are spicey aren't they there to cool your mouth down due to their water content? How i use em anyway! I do love celery, especially the leaves at the top of the stalks, often cut them and put them through salads for a bit of flavour.

Me too. Deciding what chocolate for tonight. Been craving Cadbury's Caramel so that may well be the winner.
