Started bulking recently. Need to find ways to lower my protein intake but everything tastes so good with it left in :(!

Why would you want to lower your protein intake when bulking?

Going a good chunk over what I need already. I don't mean lower it compared to when I was cutting but maintaining the same amount with a high calorie intake is harder than I thought. Or rather I hadn't even considered it before.

    And M&Ms. Mmmmmm.

I still do have to hold myself back from just going into binge mode. I can see how bodybuilders can easily overdo it after a serious cut.

I know they're weights well within her but the consistency of technique across the three lifts in the slow-mo is impressive.

"I really really hope you're with me so far because this stuff is very important. It's the difference between getting long term results, and ending up pissed off and frustrated after 3 months of strength training, then quitting, becoming a triathlete and wasting ALL your money on ****ing pedals to save 30g on your bike when your double chin weighs 10x that amount."

...sometimes the only person I need to make laugh is myself.

A friend recently described someone's muscles as "whey muscles" in a derisive fashion :/

Dude was obviously taking something, his traps were ridiculous, but what a jumble of misconceptions in one little comment.

Bet it's that creatine stuff! Everyone's on it these days. Heard it shuts down your kidneys and makes your lad fall off!

Any weightlifting specific programs out there worth doing? Training without a coach at the moment as I'm studying abroad and unsure which ones are good. I've seen some catalyst athletics ones and aleksey torokhtiy has one aswell, anyone tried them?

Powerlift 2s on sale again... €63.

    http://m.adidas.ie/powerlift-2-shoes/S77952.html

    Thanks for the heads up.

They only have sizes smaller than 7.5 and larger than 11.5 so they don't have my size.

D'oh! I think I'd really like a pair now so I better go searching for them on other sites!

They'll be on sale again soon I'd say. They've dropped to that a few times in recent months

If you can wait until 'Black Friday' in November you can find some serious savings. Adipowers last year had 30% off or something like that

They're probably in clearance mode with the 2s - maybe with the exception of the limited-edition ones - since they've brought out the 3s, so I expect all manner of reduced prices between now and then but a selection of all sizes might not be there.

Hope he pulls through, he has a young child aswell. Some people don't like his antics but I always found him entertaining and at the very least a well meaning guy.

I saw a size 10 this morning if that's your size. With change from €50 as well.

    Lunges

Is there a best way to do them? I drop forward and hop back up pushing with the leading leg. I imagine that gets tricky as the weight increases
