    A large spider like that will have enough venom to give you a bump if it bites you, and make it itchy. We simply do not have anything dangerous here. Be more afraid of a wasp than a spider here.

    aparently there's one just like it in our shed aswell. yay, more of the blighters. I can only imagine what me reaction would be to wake up in the morning / middle of the night to find one of them on me. I'd probably have a seisure
