She needs to be questioned by Sarah McInerney again but doubt Norma would be willing to do there again after what she got yesterday.

Boucher Hayes would give her a good rattle too :)

'Partners in education' continuously mentioned, but specifically doesn't mention engaging with the unions.

Norma contradicted both the Taoiseach and The Tánaiste regarding whether NPHET were consulted about the LC return
It was not challenged by the presenter
    That’s kinda of a big deal ......

"Engaging with unions" is a loose term. I've heard it's a case of the DES walking in all nice and pleasant and nodding away, stare out the window for a bit , look at their watches, then get up and leave.
I suspect they will really have to "engage with the unions" the next time.
Great victory for the ASTI and their members.

Joke secondary schools aren't opening for people most in need, LC students & students with special needs.

In my opinion these students need to be school. 3 days seems reasonable.

Plenty room to social distance in schools.

Nurses, gardai, shop assistants etc... having to face interactions each day in less controlled environments.

Instead of blaming unions or norma.

Wont dont key board teacher warriors offer solutions!

The will & care from teachers isn't there.

    Hi Norma

To be fair to her I'd say after making made to look a fool by Sarah McInerney yesterday when her absolute refusal to answer that question was pointed out she must have given the whole day practising a reply. Whether it was true or not was insignificant I'd say.
