    Kindness is a lovely thing to experience.
    The nurse earlier held my hand when I was getting the anaesthetic. Lookit its only a tiny pinch but I'm rubbish, hence my need for sedation. Anyways I always remember a kindness. There is no need to be anything other than professional but a simple "you can hold my hand" makes the world of difference.

    People are often kind to me but it always surprises me and always makes me feel emotional. Like an eejit. I suppose subconsciously I don't think I deserve it or something. Which is daft. Course I do, sure I'm great. I just forget I'm great sometimes! :D
