A man at my gym had a dreadful snotty cold on him, and he was wiping the slime pouring from his nose with his hands, then using same hands on weight machines. Needless to say I left at that point. On my way in I was stopped at the entrance to confirm my contact number, this seemed to be the case with others too.

Ah, excellent. Damo has experience of dealing with foot and mouth disease, so should be able to counsel us in a calm and rational manner about disposal of livestock.
