Aren't you curious how she was able to ask those boys their age and if they were legally old enough to have sex with?

    No, of course you aren't.

In other news, its amazing how naive some people are about sex and about what people like to do. If you are genuinely amazed that a woman might actually desire and get a thrill from group sex then you must lead a very sheltered life. Newsflash, women like sex too, even the kind of sex you don't...

The poster already said if she were her mum, she would have them all castrated, guilty or not!

I don't hold any weight in the videos being passed around whatsapp. I've heard of about 4/5 different videos going around, they can't all be her and they can't all be of the incident.

Ah come on. A gang bang with 11 of your boyfriends friends while being filmed is quite a bit above "vanilla sex" and extremely unusual.
This wasn't a threesome or a bit of webcamming. It was 11 on 1. Surely you can acknowledge how rare a scenario like that is, if consensual?
If not your sex life must be far more adventurous than mine or anyone I know.

as i said, the videos are of unknown providence so we can park them.

as for the orgy being unusual, yes i'd agree. the alleged 11 guys to 1 girl sounds extremely unpleasant. but is it so outlandish that it was definitely rape or so outlandish that it didnt happen?

Ill agree its unusual and definitely above vanilla , but that doesnt make it any more likely that 1 man let alone 9 others and 2 who werent even there are rapists.

Less than 1% of men are rapists and its more likely that this woman stumbled upon 12 of them than 1 woman is into group sex when shes had a few drinks....

A un study found 25 % of men had raped someone in their lives.

    https://thinkprogress.org/what-we-can-learn-from-the-largest-international-study-on-rape-thats-been-conducted-so-far-eb2b549a0ab3/

    The actual study
    https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS2214-109X(13)70069-X/fulltext
A forbes article stated 6% of women have had group sex.

That means if you have 4 brothers, one of them is a rapist!

I want you to think about that.

That is a REAL UN study. Carried out by experts.

And they said 25 % of men responded that they had raped someone. And 23% said they had raped more than one person.

    Isn't that sad?

from nine sites in Asia and the Pacific across six countries: Bangladesh, China, Cambodia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and Sri Lanka.

    Very sad.

Sad that you think 25% of men are rapists.

Sad that you believe all women despite evidence.

Everything about your posting on this topic is sad.

So not europe or israel...... it seems like its one of these ‘if we define rape as anything not ok in the 2018 feminist playbook then ask a bunch of men from countries that still have attitudes akin to 50s ireland have they done any of those things, the results are staggering’

What’s sad is a feminist trying to convince men that in a civilised country, 1/4 of them are rapists!

    And there goes your credibility.

    I don't believe all women.

I believe the un study. Its a un study they are well respected.

7% of Irish people think sex without consent is justified if the person is out walking alone at night.

21% of people think sex without consent is ok sometimes.

    The actual study
    http://cdn.thejournal.ie/media/2016/11/ebs_449_en-1.pdf

    article on said study.

Funny how its about the same % as the UN study right?

    And there goes your credibility.
    no there goes yours

It went when she wanted to castrate them even if they weren’t guilty.
    Most posters just ignored that.

I am not a feminist i actually don't believe in feminism.

Don't call me that. I hate feminism.

Men and women can't be equal ...in all things.

I am a woman. Im not a feminist.

    I am actually quite traditional.

Its higher ...75% of women are feminists.

    Its 3 in 4.

Honestly feminism has messed up the world ..men are weak and women are angry.

Her "confession" appears to be written by a person with a poor grasp of the English language, even the way the sentences were constructed were not remotely similar to how a native speaker would word things, particularly a 19 year old whose dialect would be more informal/casual.

Something stinks here. I hope the truth comes out.

I notice you have no comment to make about whether she ever asked those boys if they were old enough for sex? Aren't you curious about that as well?

Wow, you talk some amount of scutter. You've insulted both men and women in one sentence.

You should really try multi-quote. Your amount of posts would be halved too.

Men are weak? Women are angry?

Jesus. Not one for generalisations are you?

If she was being raped how could she?

AND if her case was dropped why didn't the Cypriot police press charges of statutory rape against her?

Either way the cypriot police are bent.

    Nothing about this makes sense.

You seem to be generalizing about generalizations.

    You seem to be saying.
    Every rule/generalization has an exception.

So that means there must be a rule that has no exception that also means there is also a generalization that is true.

And most generalizations have some truth to them anyway.

  • Registered Users Posts: 15,176 ✭✭✭✭ILoveYourVibes

If she committed wasn't raped she committed statutory rape. And the cyrpriot police let it slide.

If she was raped the cypriot police let the rapists off.

Either way the Cypriot police let a rapist off. That's ..odd

No I was explicit in my meaning.

You said that men are weak.

You said that women are angry.

I inferred that that was a bizarre and untrue statement.

It would be akin to me saying muslims are terrorists and priests are paedophiles.

    False equivalence.
    Terrible and fallacious comparison.
What you have said isn't logical.

Do you think there is a man without weakness ?

Is there a woman who has never been angry?

Are there priests who have not been abusers?

Are there muslims who have not been terrorists?

Every man has a weakness and has felt weak. Every woman has felt anger.
