Season can't come quick enough. With the prices this year, I think attention to price rises and drops will be as important as ever. If someone like Fraser or Wilson drops nearer to 7m I would be all over them.

I'm not sure what's wrong with me, but I can't get into this season at all so far tbh. I can't see that changing come the start of it either.

Maybe I just put too much into last season that I no longer have a mind for it anymore.

Have a lot of other stuff going on that I thought would leave me without time or interest but it is proving a very very welcome distraction !!!!

First time playing it this year and I don't wanna go into it just picking players blindly when it's my turn.

Is the big at the back strategy looking dodge?

Everton look to have lost a lot of gave them solidity last year in Gueye and Zouma gone.
Liverpool are having a horrendous pre-season, I'm very wary of having a double up there, Chelsea are a bit up in the air, I wouldnt touch united or Arsenal. Spurs have a tough start

I've only done it once but a couple of tips:
1. Use the watch list in the draft room to create your own list in order of preference.
2. Do a mock draft (go to new leagues -> join mock draft) for a practice run to get familiar with everything.
3. Google fpl draft tips, there's a few useful results worth reading.

Keep the league to ideally 6 but no more than 8 players

Salah & King would be my choice. Salah a much more reliable and explosive captain option and Aubameyang is not immune to coming off the bench (shouldn't be too much of a factor early on however)

I'd have thought 8/8.5 but pure guesswork.

If he was priced at 6.0 - 7.0, he'd be an absolute steal IMO.

Certainly on the watch list.

Im looking after our local league this season and the league has been renewed but it wasnt me that set it up so how do i find the code for it? Everyone has automatically joined so dont want to go messing about setting up a new league

Think you'd have to contact the administrator of the particular league, only they have access to getting the code afaik

in the 4.5 range, it's basically Newcastle, West Ham, Watford or Southampton defenders, Dunk going to Leicester being the only proper top half defnder really. Southampton and West Ham were reasonably solid at the end of last year. There's no real standouts are there. Any decent rotatng pairs out there?

Even jumping to 5m, you can get Arsenal defenders, Phil Jones, Nathan Ake, not sure they're worth going about 4.5 really are they?

I agree.

I’ve currently no 4.5m defenders and think it’ll likely stay that way. Diop the only one on my watchlist.

Chambers might be a shout if Arsenal get it together defensively.

Holding when he comes back form injury could be good value. But only if they sign an LB and a CB in the meantime.

Hasn’t played any preseason ...........I’m just looking at it now
Obviously first game for Villa is not great. But 3 of next 4 are at home and I’ll be wildcarding by that point
I also hate rotating keepers
So I might take the L on gw1 and just go with Heaton and a non playing 4.0............it’s risky though but I’m going to need cash to upgrade greenwood now I think .
