    I had an incredible evening of running and swimming.

    In total I ran and swam 7.5km on Portmarnock beach and ocean this evening, and its such a rare occurance but the sea was actually warm this evening.

    I haven't downloaded my GPS data yet but ran to an empty part of the beach and had a skinny dip (I love these), back out and into my running gear to do the last few KM and then another proper open water swim.

    Then home to roast chicken and polishing off a Black Bush whiskey.

    I'm having such a wonderful summer

    I munched through half a packet of Bacon Fries reading the Crisps thread .
    It was the big share bag , not the wincy small one . Feck it , it'll be worked off in the morning !

    Managed to drop my personal IPAD about 18 inches today and totally smash the screen, whatever happened to the anti everything screen saver ;)
