I'm the same, Mam. I get annoyed when I'm sleepy and people tell me that it's because the room/the car is too warm, and that I need to let some fresh air in so I won't feel sleepy. :rolleyes: RUBBISH! I only get to feel both cold and sleepy! :mad: Plus, in all those films where people are about to freeze to death, what's the one thing they keep saying? "Don't fall asleep! Try to stay awake! Don't fall asleep!". That should tell people something. :mad:

Mam of 4, not being able to sleep is a major TA. I find putting on the BBC World Service, or any talk radio station, turn it down to a murmur, I drift right off. It helps if they are talking about something really boring.
