    Day 1 selections

    Uradel 7.40

Was lucky enough to back the winner of this last year and the early 40's with b365 was very well received and have gone for the same connections this year.
Looks well h'capped goes well fresh, his last 2 wins having come after breaks of 5 and 6 months.
Not quite the same price but 14's b365 looks a decent ew shout
    Limini's price is a joke

    GL

    Great call

FFS!! Thought Uradel was going to be beaten out the gate 6f out.

Mullins with the 1-2, last year had the 1st, 3rd and 4th. Nice to see the young fella win.

Was a very cool ride in fairness to the lad. Thought he was a bit out of his ground a good bit out, but judged it very well in fairness to him.

Ya, was just thinking that myself. She is decent on telly. Was also thinking are Robert and Ted coming near the end? They are not as dottery and Giles and Dunphy were getting but both of them struggle to find words from time to time. Suppose none of us are getting any younger.

Tony O'Hehir is gone very hesitant at times during his commentaries.

Absolute total overrated joke of a meeting and no didn't lose money as I learned a long time ago not to bet around this glorified greyhound track , shows yeh what 'hype' can do though !

Goodwood a very tough track to win at too Ziggy , nice as a spectacle though..

I don't really get the Galway bashing. Everyone knows what it is. I don't think I've ever seen it advertised as a meeting full of quality. Sure there is the odd race that is super quality but by and large you know what your getting competitive racing at all levels.
I don't have many bets but I enjoy the spectacle.

The likes of Aubrey McMahons win today is what racing is all about.

FFS!! Thought Uradel was going to be beaten out the gate 6f out.

Backed him and thought position was not great first half of race, but was very confident of him fighting out finish after halfway, thought he was given a brilliant composed ride
