    Fingal County Council are certainly not competent to be making decisions about the most important piece of infrastructure on the island. They need to stick to badly designed cycle lanes and deciding on whether Mrs Murphy can have her kitchen extension.

    the thing is he only needs to say 1 thats correct, prove it tomorrow and then some people will fill in the blanks themselves.

    I think he is just unfamiliar with Higgins in debates. I think he has returned all the balls well. With some zingers too. Far from rattled imo.
