Tony Blair fecked up his legacy with Iraq.

It's what he'll always be remembered for.

Fair play to you Bertie for all of that.

But, y'know, I still can't forgive you for screwing the country and doing all that lying.

Ah, stop. Look at his little face.

Bertie's probably a decent oul skin to go for a pint with, not a chance i'd want him as President though. He simply doesn't deserve it. He's a fingerprint of awful, brown envelope politics.

No doubt he'll have a Galway Tent Mk II there ;)
My only memory of easter 1998 is winning a crunchy easter egg in the school competition

We got off work early & Arsenal v Liverpool was on that day, can't remember the score, let alone remember leaving the:P the pub:p

Bertrand was kicked out of Fianna Fail

Are they going to nominate him for the Presidency?

Electoral Madness - far too many skeletons in his cupboard.

The funny thing about that is the DUP probably thought they were dealing with some sort of Ulster-Scot American George Mitchell but his fathers real surname was Kilroy an Irish name, Mitchell is a common Protestant name here.

Tommie Gorman had a good article today about John Hume, maybe the greatest politician of any side of the Peace Process

I can remember the troubles, but I wouldn't let Sinn Féin's history stop me from voting for them. There's plenty of valid modern-day reasons not to vote for them, without needing to appropriate the language of Ian Paisley circa 1998.

There's no way there will be free movement after Brexit if the UK don't remain in the single market, the garlic importers would take the piss.
