The little furry hound we have adopted pounced on me this morning, lay down on my chest and gave me a few licks on the face.

At least somebody likes me :D

You might be on to something, maybe I should stop snacking on the doggie treats.

When standing at a bus stop in Charlottenburg in Berlin yesterday morning, I thought it would be hilarious to let a big ripper of a fart when there was a lull in noise from traffic. The lull came and I let fly, did a little jump and cocked a leg mid air. It was glorious.

I didn't realise there was some other randomer standing behind us.
He laughed, I laughed, the kids laughed, Mrs Bap laughed.
Jolly good fart so it was.

That makes two of us. I was getting a bit worried.

On a separate note, sailed through my first round of interviews for a very enticing new job. Less than 24 hours from application to completed interview to confirmation to second round :)

Good luck trying to figure me out. I haven't managed that myself yet!

Managed to sit down and read through some articles for my final year project, I emailed my supervisor and hopefully I’ll be able to arrange a meeting with her soon and sort out where I go from here. All while coughing up a lung. Not bad for a days work :)

I've found a real friend in one of the girls at work. There's a hell of a lot of stress and office politics at the moment and I'm working in a team with an entirely untrustworthy colleague who will do anything to get ahead. So it feels all the more special to have someone to call a friend, who's on my side and there for a coffee and a rant at any moment.

I had a stressful but successful day at work today and she just texted me telling me I smashed it and should be proud of myself. She really is the loveliest.

It's a bit early but what the hell, I'll have a large Smirnoff with cranberry juice.

    Congratulations Mike.

Saw the Book of Mormon in London

I’ll be laughing for a week

Funniest thing I’ve ever seen :D

    Cast, production, everything superb

As it was midweek matinee the west end prices are a little cheaper so I got super seats. I couldn’t afford these at weekends.

Catch it when in London !!

Bro was heading past the printing out place, so I got a lift and downloaded the info I needed for my last assessment.

TH, now I have all the info at 'home' so I can work on it when and how it suits(and it gives me a good idea what other info I need)

    Two things tonight.

    1) boardsies. Honestly ye are all such a lovely supportive bunch.

    2) three friends checked in with me today. I have been useless recently, struggling to make any contact and when I do it's only to have a whinge about my life, and yet three of them are hanging in there with me, they are the best.
