Found out yesterday afternoon the I had written the half of my y/e project in the wrong way and was clueless about the assessment due next week. I had a long moan to my friend last night, he was a great shoulder to cry on without doing the male thing of 'fixing' the situation with non existent solutions.

T(H)A da, this afternoon I got inspiration on how to deal with both issues in as short a time period as possible! back on track on Friday and better equip with the knowledge to avoid it all again.

I went shopping today, got everything I wanted in the one shop, at the right price, and the staff were friendly. It doesn't always happen, but when it does, it makes for a pleasant experience.

The sound of horses munching hay in the dark. It's so peaceful and quiet, a bit of quiet reflection early in the morning when no one else is at the yard is heaven.

Had an epiphany in the gym today and realised that I’m not the same person I used to be. Despite being up ridiculously early this morning (and having my period) I still went to the gym. Old me would’ve made excuses and stayed home. Proud of myself :)
