Or the clowns on twitter sharing videos with that exact phrase.
Some of the videos are horrific.

How long before the "mental illness" angle comes out?

This will unfortunately be forgotten about in month regardless of the number of people killed. The reasons why the shooter did what he did will be analysed a reason will be found the guns will remain. Couple weeks/months from now this will start over again and again. Excuses will always be thrown up but the guns WILL remain.

Just hearing on Sky News that it's the 13th shooting so far this year and there have been over 300 since 2013! God needs to get his finger out of his arse and start answering those prayers!

    :pac:

CNN is garbage. We all know that.
**** still watch it though for the porn value when some crap like this happens.

People are glued to CNN now clinging onto every word of the twits who read from a teleprompter.

FCUK!...then I can't keep up with their massacres.

I was busy lying around listening to music and enjoying my life.

Got stung by a bastard of a bee and a drunk threatened me if I didn't give him a smoke. I said "Piss off" ... he pissed off.

Never saw a firearm all day.

But of course they are SO NECESSARY.

The terrorists don't need to bother. Just relax and watch them kill each other.

As said already, if the murder of little kids at Sandy Hook did nothing, forget it. Sorry, but that's the culture over there now. Will be forgotten tomorrow. Sorry to hear of the deaths, but honestly there are so many mad people shooting at random there it is unreal.

And with no offence to a previous poster, but the term "shooter" should be banned. Assassin would be a better term in fairness.

I don't know why they don't have airport style security in schools now like xray etc. to get in.

But that is probably something to do with the personal freedoms under the constitution or something.

X-rays are common in US colleges and schools
As are preparatory drills and practices in case of a shooting
My american friend said before she came to ireland she thought alarm drills for school shootings were just a common thing!

At least 14 victims in this incident.
300 school shootings in USA since 2013

Schools in the States do shooter drills where the kids practice what to do when there is an active gunman on campus i.e. go to a designated hiding place or hide under their tables and stay quiet.

Makes sense I suppose considering how common shootings are over there.

Seeing as there's no efforts being made to prevent school shootings next best thing is damage limitation, a damning state of affairs.

    Apparently an ex student.

Can shoot up children but didn't have the balls to blow his own head off.

How did he get back in the school with a gun?

I think I would be home schooling if I lived in America and had kids

Unfortunately in most cases they're training the killer/shooter as well. (eg. "go hide out in the gym". Killer just goes straight to the gym as he was/is one of the students)

    Horrible gun culture.

Hadn't considered that, such a grim thought.

Well not in this school or the 17 previous schools either by the looks of it.

Ah they're all probably bollocks anyway. If somebody walks into a school with a gun they're going to kill lots of people if thats their goal, no amount of drills is really going to be able to help hundreds of young unarmed kids in close quarters with a person shooting at them

One report indicates that he pulled the fire alarm: Hiding is exactly what folks don't do when they hear one of those.

Will be curious to hear his explanation for this, since he's been captured alive. What goes through someone's mind to think that randomly shooting in a school is a good idea?

One kid said in an interview that he was the one everyone predicted would shoot the place up. Classic case of the marginalized bullied kid getting back at the bullies, teachers or "cool" students? It'll be interesting to see what surfaces in the next few days.

This clip could be distressing. You can hear shouting and shots. You can't see anything in it though. Looks to be Snapchatted live from the scene.

Another mass shooting in the US. RIP to those who’ve died. A lot of gun deaths already and we are barely into 2018. As long as guns are as easy to buy, these will continue.
