I presumed it would be at 170. Would be interesting to see GSP at 155.

I reckon GSP is thinking that proving he can make weight and beating a name in Diaz will set up a future showdown with either Mcgregor or Khabib

I mean the excuse he gave was for a cream that doesn't exist, or that has no known clinical benefits to treat it with it. It was growth hormone based, not steroidal either.

Doesn't really matter what the big lad is wearing, Till is the one teeing off.
I know it's a bit hard to judge from short IG clips, but big lad doesn't look like he should be in there.

With AKA it's not necessarily hard sparing, they just completely over train, doing 2-3 sessions per day is normal and it gets more intense during camps.

Till's style is more like Brazilian schools like Chute Boxe, which isn't surprising as his first dozen or so pro MMa fights he was training with Astra in Brazil.

Possibly making gross assumptions here, but the big lad looked a big novice-ish. He might only have 16s. Just a thought.

Jaysis, thats a hard watch.

I sparred a boxer in Canada that was levels above me, the coach told me it would just be very light and not hard. He pummelled the head off me for 3 rounds, I landed maybe 2 digs if I was lucky and he was throwing hard and accurate punches.

It benefits no one, maybe just cushions the ego a tad for the better fighter, but he gets nothing out of it. The other guy gets a sore head and demolished confidence.

We had a good few rounds together were he gave me a smack and I gave him one, it was a hard day and I feel I have it my all and that previous video was a good clip of me landing some shots.
