    4-13 v 0-16

Good win, scrappy enough game, only a point in it with around 10 to go but a late scoring spree wins it in the end.

We won't be seeing Tomás Mulcahy on The Sunday Game anymore.

"After 25 years I’m moving from The Sunday Game TV & Radio seats to the stand. Great times, great memories. A special mention to Bill Lalor who brought me in, Paul Byrnes for 19yrs & well, Michael Lyster. And to all of the pundits past & present .
A fan now with Cork 2021"

25 years is some run at it in fairness.

He hasn't been on the Sunday Game for a number of years no? Only being doing Radio work I thought.

What are the options to watch the match on Saturday evening for those of us that don't have the Sky Sports subscription?

I presume GaaGo aren't covering it? Is there an option for Sky customers without the Sports package to pay a fee just to view the game?

Is Cork-Limerick not on RTÉ? That would mean the two Leinster games and that are all on subscription on Saturday. At least the soccer's free to air that night I suppose. That'll pass the time.

It's on Sky. RTE don't seem to have any GAA on Saturday.

The Ulster football championship seems to be RTE's thing.

They are showing 3 of the 4 Munster Hurling Championship games and are showing 4 out of the 6 Ulster Football games

The reason that RTE show so many Ulster Championship games is that BBC NI are already broadcasting them so it's cheaper for RTE to pay BBC NI than go to the expense of sending a broadcast setup to other games.

My point is that they are not showing a disproportionate amount of Ulster football games at all. The original post that they seem to care more about Ulster Football is a complete fallacy.

That makes sense. Three hurling provincial semi finals on Saturday and not one on RTÉ.

The Irish open and the Euro quarter finals are on Saturday, that is the reason.

Really looking forward to this one. I feel we lacked goal getters last few years but now we look like we have them. I think they will get goals no matter what happens. The ingredients are all there but we just need to put in a full performance for the whole game. We are plagued by inconsistency. Either start well and then go missing for a long period or start really slow and go a good few points down then get going. If we can play for the whole game I actually think we can win this.

Strangely confident about this but we have to show up and go for it. We are just very inconsistent which is the worry.

Yeah, our record against Ljmerick is pretty good in recent years but you just don't know if we'll turn up or not

    FT Cork 4-20 v 2-09 Limerick

2 very late goals for Limerick gives the scoreline a somewhat more respectable view.

Mackey, Thompson, Looney and Co were a level above Limerick today.
