Elliot has had rotten luck with his superstars the last few months. Add Labaik to that list as well. Horrible news.

North Hill Harvey is a nice prospect for the season. Done that very well on his debut.

Cue Card has to have a strong chance Saturday. Not much to beat

Wouldnt be too keen on backing Melon, Mick Jazz and Coquin Mans are decent opposition

Mick Jazz for me at the prices.

Unsure about Tombstone, will see how the market is in the morning on that race

I've thrown him in an e/w double with Cause of Causes in the xcountry

    16s and 7s

Think Melon will be WPM main Ch hope and i’m on him myself, he was inexperienced last year having started in Jan and looked like he needed to fill out a bit, hopefully he has a but and there will be improvement to come. Faugheen just a feeling will have a set back later on and be retired.

I'd be surprised if Melon was good enough to win a Champion hurdle.

Don't think he has the change of pace needed.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,022 ✭✭✭madmoose

be happy with Melon if he comes on a fair bit from that today.

Cue Card / HOP double today

SUb Lt ew also in a single

  • Registered Users Posts: 544 ✭✭✭Mr321

Its Gigginstown bingo in the 2 big races at Down Royal today but I'm going with

Road to Respect (Sub L could be trouble)
    Disko

Then Ptit Zig & Blaklion at Wetherby

    Ascot looks very tricky.
