Indeed. I did notice a tick box that had to be ticked to say something like 'use the card for bonus refund', easily missed. It was down by the tick box for 'get access to members-only deals'

I found my original email confirmation and it didn't include the €75 but the online "view confirmation" through "my bookings" did. I have a screenshot of it. It has now disappeared from the confirmation online. I emailed them so I'll report back.
A different booking has the €75 in the email and still on the online confirmation.

Exact same experience here - have a stay booked for the long weekend, and checked my booking and the €75 reward mention has disappeared. I have proof in the email at least, but this seems oddly sneaky - hoping its just a glitch - will update when I get home with respect to how I get on in getting the refund!

I see mine in the earn money section in the drop down menu on desktop site.

I have that in mine. Is it still a case of having to chase them up for it though? Bit of a pain in the balls if that is the case.
have a screen shot of it from my original booking page, and have it stated in my confirmation email that I am due 75 quid after stay.

    Have you read the T&C

    I have done this below.

The Participant leaves or has left a (completed) guest review through the Booking.com website; and/or
      • The Participant has downloaded the Booking.com app and creates an Eligible Reservation through the Booking.com website; and/or
      • The stay of the Participant as part of the Eligible Reservation is confirmed by the booked accommodation to Booking.com; and

75 euro arrived in my account. No response to email it I got the money

Booked for November and got the confirmation email, as well as €75 pending in my Earnings, but that has disappeared now and is no longer showing for me. I emailed Booking.com but still am waiting on reply. Is anyone in similar situation and how did you go about it? Really hope they're going honour the offer as booked for one extra night because of €75 cash back and can't change the flights now or anything.

      Same as u, awaiting reply

I tried availing of the offer a month ago but the money wasn't refunded to me. Sent an email two weeks ago and they finally replied to my query today. They argued that my stay wasn't above the €225 threshold, which it was, and so I wasn't eligible. I sent them my invoice, for €229, so hopefully they do correct things. I actually changed hotels to a more expensive one to avail of the offer.

Mine was confirmed and everything, stayed and then it comes up as 'not eligible'. Currently fighting them for it but their customer care is dire.

My query (including screenshots of booking with reward info) has been forwarded to the 'customer rewards' team, original email was 2 weeks a go, they move at a glacial pace.

Unfortunately that doesn't sound very reasurring. And it seems like a lot of hassle too. Kind of gutted now I went ahead and booked an extra night just to avail of the offer. Does anyone know if we have any rights and some sort of comeback to make them honour the deal once we have screenshots etc.?

Well the only reason I booked my stays on Booking.com was because of this offer. I have screenshots and it was only AFTER my stay and after I paid IN FULL that they 'notify' me that it's actually not eligible. Just ridiculous. Completely misleading. Other sites would have been cheaper than booking.com also, so I will fight them for the discount..

If it is not eligible, it shouldn't have featured on the confirmation page. It seems to be an issue with too many of us.....

I was rechecking my confirmation for a booking I did through this offer and noticed that the "Get €75 cashback after your stay has been confirmed" bit had disappeared from the little checklist at the top.

Emailed last week and no response - rang yesterday and after a bit of holding they confirmed it is still valid for my booking.

02/08/17 (Wed) - Received email saying €75 would be coming, added card to my account.
07/08/17 (Mon) - Bank Holiday (possibly extra day delay)
09/08/17 (Wed) - €75 received in the bank account.

Now we just need to chase the €80 clamping fee for parking at the apartment we booked. :o

Just off the phone to them, got them to check my account, and see if i was still eligible even though it was taken off my rewards page. The bloke on the phone said i still was, and I will get an email 2 days after my stay to 'invite me' to get my 75 into my account, if i didn't get it he said to call them back. Id advise to do the same to cover yourself, you might be on hold for a while tho.

Received €75 into my account today.
In Girona over the weekend, wondered how the offer would work with paying at checkout instead of upfront. No issues whatsoever, even got an email reminding me to tick box against card for refunds.

      Thank again OP.

Received the €75 back yesterday from the first stay I booked. We paid at the hotel, no issues on refund, other than it took a few more days than expected. Next stay is this weekend, so fingers crossed they honour this one as well

Has anyone been successful with this more than once? Can't see anything in the T&Cs about 1pp.

On booking.com when I click on the earn money tab, it has me second booking as being eligible, had them both eligible at the same time, with no apparent conflict, and it now says that the first one was paid, and I'm eligible for the next one. I've taken a screenshot anyway :D

I'm pretty sure this can only be used once. I've got the refund for a stay I completed last week. It showed up in the details of my current booking as I used the link in the OP but I don't expect to get the refund.

The T&C say "Booking.com will only recognize one Eligible Reservation per Participant per campaign to count for an Incentive Bonus."

I didn't get paid for a second stay despite booking through the link. I got the €75 back from this promotion and €40 from the other one.

Nobody here has reported being paid twice AFAIK.
