Thought it was a decent enough Raw tbh even if it was mostly on in the background.
Tag match between OC and Raiders was pretty good.
Gauntlet match was good, Tozawa and Ricochet especially. Shame it ended how it did, seemed like they really just wanted to fill time. Seems like a tease that Zelina might move onto Humberto.

I actually like Liv Morgan a lot but not sure about this new gimmick. Seems like there's a hint of darkness to it so hopefully there's more to it than what appears to be basically Emmalina/Mandy Rose softcore-porn nonsense. Interested to see where it goes.

Love Becky calling out Asuka. Guessing it will be at the Rumble again just hope whatever they do they don't just push Asuka aside again. Did anyone else wonder for a sec if they had a stand-in for Kairi the way they filmed it haha.

I like the Becky/Asuka stuff a lot. Good example of long-term booking. Despite everything Becky has achieved this year she is still obsessing over the one person she can't beat.

Rollins' nasally voice just suits heel promos better.

Lashley actually tricked me when he acted reluctant to Lana's enforced engagement. Can't believe I actually got worked by that storyline!

Well, it's a pretty important sign of the times. I want it to be better, I really do, but they just double down on what's so bad about them, they will continue to flounder as they are too stubborn to admit what they are doing is bad.

They are at their least popular now. Even Sky ditched them after 30 years. It's not my fault.

I want to see them improve, but the main roster is unbearable.

It’s be fair there is bad in both WWE and AEW for sure. But WWE seem like they’re not even bothered anymore. Easy knowing XFL is launching soon.

WWE aren't creating a new audience it is the over 50's that are keeping the TV ratings going.

Live event audiences are down big time young people aren't watching on TV.


Wrestling needs the WWE to be creating good programming to attract new fans to wrestling and that will then help other companies.


However with the WWE wanting to stop competition wherever it springs up it itself has become the enemy of wrestling.

Most people think WWE when they think wrestling, when WWE is bad, then they aren't going to bother watching any other wrestling as they presume it's just as bad.

On the off chance that anyone is tempted to watch Raw on their holidays, don't bother.

I've read the spoilers and it looks like an utterly dreadful show. Even more so than usual.

I’ve only seen clips of the Joe stuff. So can’t judge the quality of the overall show.

But god damn, is Joe incredible. No one cuts a promo like he does. I’m really, really hoping we get some sort of top level face run for him, and he can stay injury free for a bit.

Edit; Seth’s “Finish him” was badass too.

I've seen the joe promo. The promo was great because it felt like it was him talking and not him reciting words someone else wrote. I hope he gets healthy and returns to the ring obviously as I'm a big fan of joe, but when he does decide to hang the boots up he's had the interview for the announce team and it's clear he's good at it. Or he has a role with the PC. Young wrestlers can only benefit from having joe help them.

I did like how Joe was positioned there...still, he did come across a bit goofy threatening two big fcukers like that.

Yeah you can watch the YouTube clips and skip most of it.

The Rey/Rollins stuff with Joe was great. Joe has been used so well in the commentary role for getting people over, hell hes elevated Lawler.

The Rollins turn/AOP group has been great to watch. The Supporting case have all been great eg. Owens Rey and now Joe.

While I cant stress how much I hate the over use of squash matches, Black and Murphys matches were fine in keeping their feud going if anything.

Owens and Mojo was a decent afair considering I cant stand Mojo at all but to be fair to him, he made a decent account of himself and Owens made him look great by bumping like a boss.
