Same boat, Still in Brussels since Friday. No update since!

Mine was dispatched on Friday but I never got a tracking number via mail. I'll never get it via text as I gave a landline number. Would love to know tracking status. Seems a very round about way of doing things. When I buy on Ebay you get a tracking number via mail from the seller when the item is dispatched.


I have the purchase number but without the tracking number.


Any advice welcome?

Anyone on 3.2.1 could you check if you have this bug with auto-rotate, I open YouTube and watch a video in landscape but then when I exit the video and turn the phone back to portrait the screen doesn't auto rotate back to portrait the way it should, not a big deal but so far it's the only bug I've gotten with the new update.

Edit: Nevermind rebooted and it was back working again.

How do you do live chat?


If it's been covered before post #number would be nice rather than previous page etc.

But I got on to chat got my number, it didn't work on DHL.com. I got back to them and he said try dhl paket I did and it worked. Packet still in Poland I would say.

Last update for me was departed Belgium on Saturday evening. Hope it arrives soon. It still says delivery by end of day Tuesday.

I know i didn't choose priority postage but 2 weeks is too long to be waiting TBH.
In my view priority should be 1-2 days, standard -> Up to a week.

Hey same as me. I called DHL and it is being delivered via the road network. So that is why there are so many stops. He told me that that shipment gets in tomorrow night for delivery on Wednesday.

I chose priority postage, ordered the 1st and I've had noting yet. I'm beginning to think priority postage is a con to be honest. Got onto them this morning via live chat - asked them to confirm the DHL number I got with my dispatch email (telling me contact DHL since the 5th of July). They said it has left their distribution centre but they will have logistics look into it and raised a ticket. I asked how long the ticket will take - they will be in contact in 15-30 minutes they said.

Obviously still nothing from them so I'm nearly tempted to open a paypal dispute and either order again or order something else.

Ok thanks. Guess will have to wait till Wednesday. Really just want to get my hands on this phone.

I have a Yamaha soundbar that worked with the phone for the first day and is now refusing to cooperate. Other issues with connecting to the car.

You only need to download the signed flashable zip. The OTA one is for people who are not rooted, but haven't received the notification to download. So ignore it really.
