Agree fully. Got rid of Bellerin last week. Toby on thin ice but with decent fixtures ahead not rushing just yet to let go when i got him at 5.5.

He has 2 goals and 3 assists too which has to be one of the best attacking returns for a def not on set pieces.

Thinking Souaré to Daniels defence wise. Downgrading either Toby or Courtois if I need cash.

I'm looking at Souare in as well. Crystal Palace's fixtures are set to turn for the better soon, but their form over the past three games is muck. And Bournemouth's aren't great, with two away games and their home games are hard.

I have Bellerin (potentially could be moved on), Alder (got him in like two weeks ago and have two blanks), Bertrand (defo keeping), and McAuley (Pulisball necessity) as well. I'm reluctant to change Bellerin as he may start for four of the next five games (in my team).

And then there's also the question: Would I start Daniels with his tough fixtures? And I would be lying if I said yes.

Edit: Thought I'd use this post to evaluate the midfielder options as well! Del Boy, Mahrez (-92% now) and Arnautovic are all on thin ice. Wijnaldum may be shoe in, but all 9 of his goals have come at home (two away games next). Can't see him being a reliable option.

A small short term plan would be Arnautovic and Mahrez out, Alli and Sanchez in. Change Kane to Lukaku (0.9 made on that) and downgrading a defender as well. Still not sure whether I want Sanchez or not however.

Is it mad to spend my 2 fts on Alder -> Dier and Smith -> Daniels?

Defence is: Bellerin, Alder, Dawson, Simpson, Smith.

Can't sell Dawson with his amazing fixtures. Bellerin I feel is a season keeper. Don't see anything urgent further forward.

    GKs?

Butland and Hennessey. Hennessey will probably lose his spot soon but I'm happy enough to play Butland most weeks

Obviously need Aguero. Have 2 FTs. Would like to keep Lukaku and Kane as other 2. One way to go is:

    De Gea > Hennessey
    Ozil > Ramsey
    Vardy > Beautiful Aguero

Have exactly enough. However, Hennessey could lose his place (if it's for McCarthy I'm okay. I wonder could Speroni come in?). Also, big enough risk not having Ozil. Will mull it over.

You have about 5 mins to mull it over, Aguero is going up tonight.

    May get rid of Courtois.

Who would be a viable one keeper strategy? Don't want to use 2 transfers to get in another playing sub.

Forster? Can we trust Saints defence again? 2 crap fixtures up next.

Danny Ward recalled from loan at Aberdeen by Liverpool. If your feeling like a punt,,,,Mignolet.........might drop in price tonight. Can see ward in shades starting against Norwich!
One of my resolutions was to stop messing around with D transfers but flags/injuries are clearing up offensively so.......
I aso dont't think a "tidy up" at the back is better than having 2 FTs next GW.

    Who's your second GK?

You may go for the 1-team cheap combo and relax about selection (unless you plan BB before the DGW WC plan).

Want ManU, Everton & West Brom for next 2 GW's

    DDG & myhill my keepers

Vert Bellerin Berty Ward & Simpson

With DDG playing at home to Soton this GW I'm happy to hold and play myhill

However I want rid of Vertonghen
    1. Should I double up on West Brom as Myhill might lose place & il have no Brom cover

    Or

    2. Go and buy an Everton defender.. I.e Baines?

2 if you must but could roll it?

    KDB-> Silva

Need the funds elsewhere, KDB has broken my heart once too often and Silva scoring today convinced me to get him back in.

'Better the devil you know!' (Minogue, K: 1990).

You're grand I feared missing out on another big KDB haul and the drop didn't effect me.

I likely would have took a minus 4 as well so very little points difference.

Will probably do McCarthy to Hart as well this week as didn't like the sounds of Pardew discussing Hennessy on MOTD.

Then will only have 1 defensive cover of either Utd or Westbrom

Very tempted to do Mahrez to Wijnaldum

18 pointers and penalties for a 4.5 defender tend to do that I would imagine :P But yeah looks good to me

Why wasnt he taking penos all season?

Have a look at Wijnaldum's away record first. Nice opponents but both away.

He has been since Wilson got injured.
This is only the 2nd penalty they've got since then though.

Unless Bellerin is unbelievable today, I'll be swapping him for Daniels.

Operation Banknote (freeing up cash) begins.

Hazard and Sanchez are back in my thoughts.

Aguero proved yesterday form is temporary, class is permanent.

Diego Costa is quickly becoming a must have aswell. Higher on the list than Hazard at least

Yeah I really want Costa, but I don't know whether to axe Kane or Lukaku! It was actually a 50/50 between Costa and Aguero for me.

Costa got injured yesterday and needs a scan.

I know yeah. Obviously, injury pending, but he's looked good!

    Back line of
    Butland/Hennesy
    Ward/Simpson/Moreno/Alder/Nyom

Thinking of either Hennesy out or Ward/Moreno out but for who?

    Moreno out for Daniels/Targett

True, away form has been poor, on the other hand seems to be on a good run at the moment.
Would hold off for a week, only problem being I'd expect him to rise another .1 or .2 this week and Mahrez most likely drop in price. And that .3 could be vital in a week or two for bringing in Sanchez.

My D is similar. Berty instead of simpson and Sakho/Ake for your Moreno/Nyom.
Moreno is a hold imo and Ward has some nice fixtures after Spurs.
I'd probably go Butland Toby Sakho Ake this week if I didn't make a change.
Hennessey is my concern and if I only use one FT this week I'd probably go for Hart or Mignolet atm but would roll a transfer and see if he does gets dropped cos he could start instead of Butland in GW24 and GW25.

Tempted to sell Mahrez, his next few are tough games and i reckon id be able to get him back for 7.0 or less maybe.
