Considering doubling up on Spurs defence by also bringing in Lloris. I don't have United cover at the moment, so the question really is DDG or Lloris. United's defence is so decimated now that bringing in De Gea isn't as attractive...

I think I'm happy enough with it, Vardy is almost definitely out of my squad, the choice between Alli and Mahrez for this week is a bit trickier though.

I think you're in a similar situation to me. I don't have spurs or united coverage. I was set on DDG + Alder. They would come in for Stekelenberg + Sagna.

But Sagna has a decent fixture this week, so hard to get rid of him. So now I'm considering Stek to Lloris, and waiting to see how United get on.

Dropping Vardy against a struggling Chelsea seems a bit mad, no?

Ended up going for DDG anyways! I need a starting GK. The longer I left it, the more interested I was in Courtois. And I refuse to get a Chelsea player until they show some legitimate form :pac:

Was considering that earlier today and I've talked myself out of it.

Yeah I was leaning towards DDG, as the only other united defender I'd want is Smalling (when he's back). DDG + Alder = 11.3m, while Lloris + Smalling = 12m. There's more options in the Spurs defence (I think!). Rose is an option too, and is only 5.2.

Yeah I can understand getting rid of Vardy but I can't see any reason to bench Mahrez. He's the highest scoring player in the game for a reason.

The fixtures are Turning terribly for Leicester, doubling up is a huge risk and I'd rather Mahrez.

No, and I'm keeping him. But I don't think he's essential due to fixtures. (same can be said for Ighalo)

Yes!

I think keeping Aguero in itself isn't a bad idea.

But keeping all 4 of Aguero/Brady/Ayew/Hazard would mean you have a fairly weak front 7 imo. I think using one sensible transfer would be a good idea.

Who would you want? Ramsey or Kane in your team for this weekend?

Thinking of Ramsey as he'll be a nice differential and hoping Newcastle keep the spuds out. After thinking the day through, I don't really want Aguero and Spurs have got lovely fixtures for the next couple of weeks. I'd also have a shoe in captain in Kane. Then I could do Ighalo to Aguero in the coming weeks. Ramsey will be in for Mane who I never want to see ever again. And I reckon the gunners will run riot against City next Monday.

Talked myself into the same move,
This will allow me time to build up funds for Vardy -> Aguero for City-Sunderland game if he's not crocked again.

Left myself with a problem:

Who to bench out of Alli, Mahrez and Vardy.

Alli is normally my reliable bench fodder.

But I also have Dier(although doubtful, Poch said he was okay last night) and Kane.

Very torn between benching Alli at home at Newcastle and one of 'Vardez'.

Any suggestions or am I thinking right about not risking a potential Spurs treble up if Dier is fit?

If Dier was confirmed out I could go all out attack. But 4pm Sunday is a long time away.

(if i don't go all out attack and Dier misses out Danny Simpson will come in for me in DF)

I have 2 free transfers and am considering swapping Myhill for De Gea or Butland, but which one?

Or should I be looking at some other transfer altogether? Money is no object with 7.8 in the bank.

I'll appreciate any opinions...
