Why would any talk show think this section was a good idea?

Happened to a family member of mine. So difficult to come to terms with. Your vision gradually gets worse and worse and there is nothing you can do about it.

It's really hard to think how you'd cope with it. I know technology helps but still..

The basic economy can't function much longer if people can't live near where they work. The government and banks trying to get property prices back to 2008 level is a bloody disgrace, leaving houses idol rather than sell at a loss. The amount of TD's who are landlords and feeding this policy is crazy.

Why does everyone want to live in that Dublin unadulterated kip ?

If you don't have €25k saved for a €150k house you shouldn't get a mortgage, it was ease of access to finance that put us in the initial boom mess to start with.

Could they not have found 20 minutes for a chat with Jim Kerr tonight?

Even if DLB literally read out his wikipedia entry seeing as he wouldn't have prepared questions and knows nothing about popular culture/

Amazing we only had too many properties a few years ago now none.

Banks are so afraid of making a balls of it again.

  • Registered Users Posts: 19,602 ✭✭✭✭Ol' Donie

What's happening? People don't have enough money for houses, is that it?

    Whose fault is it again?

Not being a dick, but is this an extra big problem now or what?

I have only one rule when it comes to commuting....I will never ever ever use that evil hell road known as the M50 ever again. I was forced to use it for 8 years, and then I lost my job. Currently looking for a new one, but it will not involve the M50. I can't do it. Life's too short to spend hours on that big abominable mistake
