Are these free with weekend tickets?

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,539 ✭✭✭ghostdancer

nope, Jamie xx in the Button Factory is €20, Questlove is €15, Greg Wilson a tenner. I would imagine Flight Facilities to be 15+ too going on past District8 gigs.

Cheers, will grab a pair for Jamie I suppose, only because I got the weekend tickets for 100e

I have 2 weekend tickets available. Can't go cos my other half broke her toe. It's bound to get stood on and that just won't do.
If I'm not allowed to mention this here fair enough. I have them up on adverts and done deal too. Bought during Phase 2 or 3 on the initial release. Can't remember exactly which one

Todd Terje clashing with Hot Chip.....nooooo!

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,252 ✭✭✭✭SteelyDanJalapeno

Wont really know till times are released but it doesnt look too good

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,483 ✭✭✭Ferris_Bueller

They look like they could be the running orders as well, Hot Chip/Todd Terje and Jamie XX/Chic are two nasty clashes. There was always going to be some big clashes considering how many good acts are playing!

The line up for industries hall (Irish DJs) is definitely not the running order though. Kellyanne Byrne is on from 7pm-8pm and Decent Perks are headlining that room, so maybe it isn't the running order for all of the stages. Surely the stage times will be out today or tomorrow.

Hare Squead are the first act on the main stage at 3pm Saturday anyway.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,483 ✭✭✭Ferris_Bueller

Yeah they said they would announce the stage times today but presuming it's getting a bit late now.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,967 ✭✭✭Synode

They posted on their Facebook that they've had to move things around last minute. And it's coming soon. There's gonna be loads of clashes which was inevitable but is still annoying

it's a residential area so probably can't have outdoor music going much later, especially with bursts of fire going into the air.

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,252 ✭✭✭✭SteelyDanJalapeno

    Guys what is Arcadia?

Is Arcadia going to be outdoors? I thought one of the big selling points of the festival was that it was indoors?

Can you get tickets on the day at the venue?

Its an indoor installation from what i saw, they have done indoor shows before. The pyro will be much smaller scale, lots of ladies rubbing angle grinders off their metal corsets i reckon

One of the guys involved with organising the festival has said on the Arcadia/Bedlam event page that the Arcadia stage will be outdoors. I had presumed it would be indoors too.

Cool hope the weather is good, any time there was rain when they are at the picnic no one hung around.

For anyone the doesn;t know Arcadia is this big mad max looking tower thingy with a dj booth in it that bursts out flames when the bass drops. Its very dystopian themed.

Weekend tickets sold out apparently. This is gonna be great. Stage times have worked out reasonably well for what I want to see. Delighted Mike Pickering & Dave Haslam are doing a DJ set
