Well they couldn't keep doing the same thing over and over. Meet group, fight group, wander forest, repeat. Also Morgan looked like something out of the Matrix. It's the happiest (?) ending of a season so far though. And I think that helped too.

Thought it was a good episode,
Carol is manipulative on almost Frank Underwood levels at this stage.

Thought Morgan was somewhat "monkish" what with the all life is precious and fighting with quarterstaff.

    comic spoiler:
I've read this far in the comics and while a lot of stuff the last few seasons has been new, Alexandra is very similar to the books. Probably the most similar since season 1.

Haven't played dark souls but heard Bloondhorne is fantastic. Might pick up Dying Light first tho, looks amazing.

For the first time in a LONG time I may end up getting not 1 but 2 games on or near release this year.

I think Diablo III was the last game I bought more or less when it came out but GTAV if reviews are good and the new Batman game are going to be snapped up sharpish.

Any PS4 owning ladeens in here playing Bloodborne? I cant justify spending the full price on it yet considering i havent played any of the dark souls games.

BIL bought it at the weekend and is thinking of getting rid of it already....he's pissed off as he keeps getting killed about 10mins into it and having to do the same section again and again.

Just got FarCry4...using elephants to kill everything is so much fun

GTAV has been out for some time now though.

The new Batman does look amazing. I havent played the last few aside from a few minutes at a friends house but I have them on steam (along with around 100 other games ive yet to play) so i'll get to it.

Christ on a bike I have so many games that I've missed out on recently. I've been playing nothing but Elite Dangerous for the past few months heh.

The new online heists are great. Plus the way you get put into different types of games keeps a session from getting monotonous.

Haven't joined a random game yet, just me and a couple of mates doing our own thing.

Only problem with them is you really need 4 guys who are communicating with each other. When you get some randomer it can get really tiresome very quick especially on the finale missions.

    .

Sorry I meant on PC. It's more to make sure it's a quality port as previous ports haven't been great from a functional perspective.

By the looks of the release delays however it appears they are trying to ensure that it's a solid release. 2 weeks time I think.

Haven't read the source material but have a mate who has and there's been a couple of times I've had to tell him to shut up because he's on the verge of spoiling things for me.

"Do you know how those guys knew their names?"

    "No"

    "Well..."

    "Shut up. Shut up now."

    "Oh, sorry."

There's no real spoiler above thankfully but he's already told me that
in the source material Glenn dies
. Wasn't happy about that spoiler at all.

I wasn't aware of that - anyone that thinks the above is a minor spoiler it's not. It's a major spoiler so don't read it.

Either way, [not insignificant spoilers ahead but only as far as the show is currently]
maybe that happens with Glen but truth be told the characters are all very different from the comics with the only real exception being Rick, CAROL and Glenn and even Rick only has one arm at this stage in the comics.

He may have been pulling my leg because I think he said it happened already in the comics so it's possibly BS. If not apologies.

Didn't even know the Walking Dead was still going on TV to be quite honest. The first season was okay and I gave up after the second one. The comics are good, I buy them every so often when they're put into a collection.

The second season slowed down a lot and they acknowledged it was a problem themselves. A lot of the first half of season 4 wasn't great either. But other than that it's been very good. I was worried in recent weeks that it was becoming very same-y but that's been put to bed for the moment I think. Theres been a few shifts in tone and direction that's helped to keep it fresh. There have been times it's gotten seriously, seriously dark. And the change in characters over time has been fantastic.

Atlanta Falcons have lost a 2016 draft pick and been fined for piping in fake crowd noise to hinder the opposition when calling plays.

You'd wonder if it's ever been done in rugby to make it difficult for opposition to hear lineout calls!

Sarseholes the likely candidates here imo...

That sounds like something Saracens would do.

Colts did the same thing a few years ago.

Seems like such a weird tactic but supposedly it's widespread.

Spent the morning ranting about why companies shouldn't give employees good Friday off, then found out that mine does. Skills.

Watched a bit but had to turn it off.

They were just abusing Aldo and then his translator.

    Fairly pathetic stuff

Completely sad sh*te from the crowd. Came across as a bunch of idiots. People getting the microphone and insulting Aldo and translator, booing anything he said, shouting him down. Morons.
