Today I had the loveliest day.

Work went well, really well, achieved stuff I thought wouldn't happen.
Had a lovely couple of hours with the OH
And I made a friend very happy

Lovely day, going to sleep tonight cherishing today :)

I don't know tbh, there is not a lot I can do about it. I think it was an HR screw up allocating so many of us (us being junior level in the job I am in) to this client. There are people more senior than me doing nothing too. It sucks because I have to look busy. If there was a person around who could approve annual leave I'd take the rest of the week off. Waste of everyone's time and money having me here.

Indeed, I've managed to find myself some suitably tedious work to do. Significantly happier now than I was when doing nothing.

Kingspan conference centre venue. Misses watches this from time to time, I can't help but think getting married on something like this is basically dooming yourself to a failed marriage.

I got the old Total War games when there was a sale before. It cost peanuts for the hours of play you get!

I've gotten a bit better, I started looking at a website called "how long to beat" and started beating games that were shorter. There are some that I'll never play that I got free or as part of a bundle, but I think I've averaged spend of only around 150 a year on games for the last 6 years which isn't that much considering the library I have.

Either way, I've only got time for Witcher 3 at the moment. Best game I've ever played by some distance.

Don't worry, soon it will change to de missus or her indoors.

My oh had a temporary loss of sanity tonight, he'd no clean jeans so he shouted down to ask me if I'd washed his jeans

He appears to have developed an allergy to the washing machine.
