Shower in the morning. And shower in the evening. Freshens me up before work in the morning, and helps me scrape the filth of the day off when I shower in the evening.

Cannot function in the morning unless I have a shower. I might "survive" without an evening shower, but if I can't have a shower in the morning I'd nearly ring in sick or something!

Depends on what I'm doing - if I'm just hanging around the house of a sunday in my tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt then no. Almost any other day, yeah.

I can put up with the bed-head but I wouldn't expect others to!

I have to shower daily. Twice if I'm in the gym. When I was living in NYC during the summer I'd shower 3 or 4 times as it was that humid.

I thought I was bad...trying to wash my hair every 3 days because it's getting heat damaged from drying/straightening, but I shower every day. It only takes 2-3 minutes.

Some people begin to pong a couple of hours after showering, so yeah they should knock themselves out and go for it 2 or 3 times a day. Personally, I dont have BO issues unless Ive been physically exerting myself and / or the weather is hot. So with my relatively sedentary lifestyle in this Irish climate, I normally get away with every second day.

But your balls/gee, arsehole and armpits are still gonna stink...

Just have a wash ffs.

It only takes a few minutes and youll feel better after it - and your friends and colleagues will appreciate it.

I don't see the need to wash every single day. I shower typically 3 or 4 times a week but I also use deodorant and change socks and jocks every day and I'm fresh most of the time.

During the summer, I will usually shower every day though.

Yep. I think people don't realise how much they stink. I have a colleague who boasts about how she doesn't need to shower every day, but she does. She smells. She just doesn't realise it.

Everybody needs to shower daily unless they are sick and unable to. Skipping the odd day is acceptable but I end up hating myself if I don't wash.

No I don't smell of BO because (unknown to the shower worshipers) not having a shower every 6 hours does not mean you smell.

If I dont shower in the morning, it feels like a continuation of the previous day...kinda like if you kip on your mates sofa in your clothes. You feel manky in the morning, and just want to get home for a nice wash.

Humans stink up very quickly. If you think you dont need a shower there is probably an office/bus full of people who wish you did have one...

How do you know that every person on the bus who doesn't smell showers daily?

Also, people vary in how much they sweat, some people are way sweatier than others.

For me a morning shower is like having to run 5k in the morning, massive effort and something I don't even want to consider doing.

Luckily normal people doing normal daily things don't suddenly stink like the soap investors think. I really can't believe how brainwashed people are to think they have to shower every day.

People sweat more under stress. I still think people should wash daily. I even do my hair every day and it's really long. There's no excuse for being manky.

Were not designed to shower at all.

Personally it would be every 2 days maybe 3 over the weekend.

But I also don't,think it's possible to shower properly in under 30mins. How can some people have showered and scrubbed everywhere in 3 mins like has been claimed? I normally shower for 45mins to an hour.
