Given the weekend that's in it I've put together what I think are decent deals on alcoholic beverages, feel free to add anything I have missed :D Tesco Heineken or Coors Light 20x330ml bottles - 1 for €22 or 2 for €35. Can you get Somersby cider anywhere in Ireland ? Was on holidays last week and found it refreshing in the heat. Stuff I drank was brewed under license from Carlsberg by Super Bock.

The polonez shops stock it ... at least the one in Tullamore does...I've seen the Mixed Berry and Watermelon flavours among others.

I can't imagine the best before date on beer is very important, unless it's a year or two out of date.

In terms of safety, its basically irrelevant

In terms of taste, it can be critical depending on the type of beer. As can storage - light getting in to bottles particularly.

Ah cheers for that, thought I was missing out there.

My amazon account tells me I bought it at very near that price too last December,
