No Kompany next week against us then. Nice.

Are u certain this is the case? I hope you're right, but my understanding was that its a 3 match ban for a dangerous tackle, ie. studs up, but for a last man type tackle it was just the one game.

Straight red is a straight red. There's not degrees as far as I know.

A professional foul is a 1 match ban.

Huh, honestly though a straight red was a straight 3 match ban. Fair enough. Learn something new every day.

Still be the United match he'll miss anyway, right?

I just read on bbc that at the moment it is only a one match ban, and will only increase if Lee Mason deems it violent conduct, which they are saying he won't.

Sorry to burst the bubble people but seems he will be playing against us

    Fulham at home I think.

It's his second red card so i thought he got an extra game suspension, could be wrong though.

Second red card is a 2 match suspension. Did he definitely get sent off already this year?

You're getting my hopes up again :P

I think his previous red was overturned so i'm probably wrong in my assumption (again!)

Kompany hasn't any red card this season

I think he'd convert nicely into a central midfielder myself :p

Should be aiming much much higher. Doubt he'd be any improvement over Evans/Smalling etc

While we have crumbled and conceded points late on, the teams around us have dug deep and picked up some huge points.

thinking this today, seems like Deja Vu where I see Everton concede a lead and still manage to win the game. That simply has not happened to us this season. No fight seems to be there at times

There is the first part of the weekend sorted. Come Moyes make it a beautiful long weekend.

Coleman still has a lot to prove imo. Not far away from United standard but he has to learn few things first.

Was already dreading the Pool game tomorrow, but they'll have extra motivation now to close the gap on Chelsea. I think I might be a little sick if they get the 3 points and strengthen their title bid. :(

Moyes needs to be shot sacked if Liverpool win tomorrow.

It's Chelsea or City for the league. Don't worry, the footballing Gods would not allow for that much misery to be heaped on top of this miserable season :pac:

With the Champions League on Wednesday, I would be shocked if two out Cleverley/Valencia/Young did not start either the Liverpool game or the Olympiakos game.
