    Empty coke bottle?

I've tried that before. I nearly filled the bottle. I know I'd definitely fill it this time. I'm on the train now. I'll just have to hold it in.

Was drinking with a couple of Liverpool fans last night & their sense of optimism was depressing.

Total role reversal, even if we win we will get the Cup final line we threw them for years.

Well, Moyes passes the first test anyway.

Not a hope of going near that....

Today is the day Fellani is gonna show why I have thought he is going to be a fantastic signing. Watch him terrorise Liverpool today and score as well.

Yeah. I know matches should be discussed in match threads but that one will be toxic today...

Not going near the match thread.

Wonder if Rooney & RvP will actually pass the ball to each other today?

Thank **** Utd haven't lost the match before kick off.

Hoping against hope the players just go out and express themselves and don't stick to Moyes rigidity.

Meaningless game for Utd apart from denting Liverpools title hopes.

That's more or less the team we all wanted. If the players are up for it, as they really should be, then we have every chance of a win.

Fair play on picking a positive team Moyes. In fact, starting Januzaj is a really ballsy move. I don't think many would have complained too much if he started Young instead to help out defensively.

I hope we get rewarded with a win today.

Only change I'd make would be Jan out Kagawa in but I'm very hopeful now that we can win this.

We can confirm Chris Smalling misses today's game with a hamstring injury. #mufc

Sky sports with such Liverpool bias

Did you see the state of the two of them trying to use the touch screen, De Gea up front and Mata in the sticks, jokers.

Yep, like they took care of most other teams and are flying high at the top of the league.....................oh wait.

Now there's a proper Manchester United line up. Credit to Moyes for not holding back. I've spent the week with an increasing sense of dread about this but not anymore, let's hammer them.

To quote the greatest movie star of our generation in which he may have been referring to a Utd v Liverpool match:

"I'm 90% excited and 10% scared or is it 90% scared and 10% excited. I don't know. That's what makes it so intense."
