    ehmmmm, just heard that tommie is back home. shall we give eyeblinks a big nudge/ kick up the a**/ tap on the shoulder/ push in the back or other hint?

    And an update:

    The 2013 book is with the printer!

    A big thank you to everybody involved / participating :)

    Now keep an eye open for more infos on the launch and the photowalk (with surprise) on the 30th November!

    Right! It's the final few days of preparation and we're pretty much all set!

    The photowalk details are posted, the Quick Shot event is heating up and the Book Launch is going to be a great evening :)

    Full details are on the blog!
    If you're not in Dublin and can't make it for the walk or the launch - you can still take part in the competition - and the prizes are pretty damn awesome if I do say so myself!

    The phone (Nokia Lumia 1020) for example - wow - for a phone camera, that's pretty impressive!
    Capture modes: Video, Still.
    Scene modes: Automatic, Night Portrait, Sports, Night, Close-up, Backlight.
    White balance modes: Cloudy, Incandescent, Fluorescent, Daylight, Automatic.
    Light sensitivity: Automatic, ISO 100, ISO 200, ISO 400, ISO 800, ISO 1600, ISO 3200.
    Secondary camera resolution: 1280 x 960 pixels.
    Secondary camera f-number/aperture: f/2.4 .
    Secondary camera - other features: HD 1.2 MP wide angle, Video recording, Still image capture, Video call.
    ..
    So I know what I'll be doing from 1pm-2pm on Saturday :D

    And don't forget: Apart from the prizes in the Quick Shot Competition there's as well a raffle during the launch.

    We have prizes for the raffle sponsored by different forum members (stcstc/360.dpi, keps, eyeblinks, Nebezpeci Mys/trooney...).

    :) We might just collapse on Sunday. Oh...wait...we can't! All the payments and pictures from all over the world for the quick shot will come in then!! 6th of December then for the collapse :cool:

    Update on books

    For those who were unable to attend the launch, I will be posting out books by the end of the week to the addresses you provided upon sign up. If there is anyone I don't have an address for I will reach out to you.

    If anyone wants to buy a book - we will have a link shortly so that you can do this :)
