Wetherspoons In Cork

Apparently we are getting a Wetherspoons before the year is out. Anyone have any idea where it might be? Looking at possible venues, I would say The Maltings complex, Door 51 (closed down apparently), Newport, or would it go Suburban, like out to Douglas/Ballincollig?
