The previous owner died unexpectedly at a young age. It is possible it contains something of value, but chances are it does not.

    ...Be grand.

I can't believe no one has made any reference to The Lovely Bones yet, it sounds creepily similar :P

Maybe it's Saoirse Ronan in the safe :P

No news guys, still waiting for Juice1304 to have a look at the picture of the Keyway. If he can't open it, I'll be digging it up!

Nah, hers was a box. No lock. If she'd gone to the trouble of finding a lock we wouldn't have any bothers and the OP would have a key.

Why not just drill 11 mm hole and use inspection camera?

I bet it's just a pair of skid marked knickers in the safe and the previous owner is trolling you (and us)

They never did find the head that the scissor sisters hid.....or the mickey:eek:

Noticed these in Woodies yesterday. Hire for 24hrs is 49.99 but I think I noticed a discount poster so you might be lucky for about 40 euros.

Seems the right size for a shed/man cave.

Gives me an idea to install a similar safe in my own place. Just leave a note in it saying, "Unlucky, Twat!"

Get a camera from Aldi with flexible head ( with built in light) on it. It's 10mm dia. So just drill a 11mm hole and u can see inside.
    Or
Attach a chain to the door and the other end of the chan to the hitch of a car and drive!

    Good Idea this!

Bate the lock with a pick-axe, use the sharpest point and aim for the part where you put in the key

start a kickstarter campaign to raise money for the locksmith.

    Reward system:
Less than 10 euro: Named in the final post of the then LOCKED thread (once it has hit legendary status).
10 Euro: name in small writing beside the then legendary thread description

20 Euro: two months boards premium access, name in small writing beside the then legendary thread description

50 Euro: named on the then legendary boards thread description in prominently sized text, plus all previous rewards if applicable (they do not combine, your name will only be listed one time.)

over 250 Euros donated: you get to keep the safe (empty), and get listed on the (then) legendary boards thread description
plus all previous rewards if applicable (they do not combine, your name will only be listed one time.)
    *one available only

Any extra money will go to the registered charity of the OPs choice. May the fundraising begin.

must follow this thread until the end now...

fill it with water and drop a black cat, in a sandwich bag, with holes to let air into the fuse, into it
