Well I checked out at 11pm and there was no sign of snow only hail. Went to put the dog out a wee while later and bam, a few inches! Of course at that moment I remembered I forgot to get the milk earlier so off I went in the subaru, only to realise half way there that the shops were closed (:D:D:D) so trundled off home again, lots of snow and very slippery out there (Near Letterkenny, Donegal)

Yep, picking up nicely here too. Should get what you have in kilcock penname

A spluttery snow shower starting off near Dublin city centre again. Nothing that would stick well.

On another IMBY note... As the wind direction changes generally to a more northerly aspect, it may lead to more snow showers for Dublin itself. The key for those looking for snow in the northern half of Ireland is to be downwind from Sligo.

Light & fluffy in D4 but not sticking, still lovely though... (stick dammit)

Honestly I'm not exaggerating, where I live (Graiguenamanagh) we never get snow. But we have a few cms of it now, hope it's not gone in the morning.
