    Raw vegan fruit bar

    Dinner
    Ramen made with garlic, ginger, chili, beansprouts, soya chicken, cabbage lemongrass and lime zest

    Tea
    Noodles and beansprouts in a chili and garlic "broth" (mixed with water and a veg stock cube:) )


    Went through roughly 12 cups of fruity tea (no milk) between my "Snack" period and "Tea" period as well.

    Ham and cheese on granary bread.

    Steak, carrots and onions in gravy.

    Pack of popcorn.

    4l of water.

    2 black coffees.

    Boiled eggs with smoked salmon for breakfast.

    Cucumber/tomato/onion/soure cream salad and boiled chicken thighs for dinner.

    Eating healthy is a bitch. I feel like killing someone for a pizza. :( Lost 9kg so far though.

    Four rough oatcakes and cheddar with jalapeno relish and pickle. Packet of Kettle Chips. Tea

    Sausage, leek and potato hash. Tub of Ambrosia rice. More tea

    Waxy potatoes, beans and soda bread.

    I hate waxy potatoes, the beans had fructose corn syrup rather than sugar and the soda bread was like sand paper.

    I'm gonna to order some junk food now and may even eat the delivery guy.

    Today was fairly gross.

    Breakfast: Cup of water and a left over spring roll (I know...)

    Mid morning: Cup of tea and half a banana (it was so bruised I had to throw it out)

    Lunch: So much salami, wrap, spinach, salsa and cheese....slice of cake...cup of tea

    Dinner: Quiche with potatoes. No vegetables.

    Toss in a few biscuits and some red wine...and not enough water.

    Today is a fast day ( :( ) so my day will be as follows -

    Lots of water.

    Black coffee.

    Chicken breast grilled and thrown into a salad of lettuce, peppers, grated carrot and tomato.

    Banana, spinach, blueberry, choc protein smoothie. Coffee. Lunch is fruit salad, cheese & lentil soup. Dinner is cheese & tomato omelette with salad. Might have a hot chocolate after.

    Breakfast: Bowl of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, cup of tea

    Lunch: Turkey sandwich on wholemeal brown bread, bag of Flamin' Hot Twisters, cup of tea

    Dinner: Smoked coley, baby potatoes and big salad.

    Two squares of Cadbury Whole Nut.

    2litres of water through the day, one can of Coke Zero and a glass of orange juice.

    Breakfast: Banana and a Yop

    Elevenses: Red Bull ,yellow mini Snack bar and a peach.

    Lunch: Sambo with brown bread,salami,scallions,ham and cherry tomato.

    Dinner: Wholewheat spaghetti with prawns in a spicy tomato and garlic sauce.

    About a litre of water and a chamomile tea too.

    Porridge with sprinkling of mixed seeds and golden syrup. Glass of orange juice
    Two wholemeal toasts with pineapple jam. A kiwi fruit. Coffee

    Chicken biryani. Can of lager

    Thinking about mug of tea and some chocolate now - Fry's chocolate cream. Mmmmm....

    Second breakfast: 2 pots of pineapple, pot of grapes, pot of mixed berries, strawberry greek yoghurt and a nutri grain
    Lunch: Lamb burger, tomato flavoured sauce, rice and chips
    Snack: Ice cream and packet of crisps
    Dinner: Chicken curry with rice and chips
    Snack: Greek yoghurt

    Breakfast: half a tomato, half an avocado, yesterday's leftover curry with rice, cup of coffee.

    Going hiking & camping today with my daughter so lunch will be spaghetti bolognese that we've already cooked, and dinner will be one of those 'dehydrated-so-just-add-water-and-wait' meals somewhere up a mountain.

    Bowl of porridge with a drizzle of honey. Cup of tea. Yogurt. Tea with milk. Coffee with milk.

    Little pieces of toast with strong cheese, olive oil and oregano x million.

    Too disheartened about the result of the referendum to cook properly. Harumph. :(

    2 bowls of natural yoghurt very low fat with honey and hazlenut

    5 pints of water

    Mug of coffee
    Brown bread sandwich with egg mayo, rashers, and tomato, and more coffee
    Dinner will be roast chicken, spuds n veg, most likely with a glass of Pinot Grigio.
    I really need to drink more water:(

    I had hardly any food today, I had a protein bar that my boyfriend bought for me, and I had half a ham and cheese sandwich. The cheese tasted like condoms and made me feel a bit queasy. Had loads of water. Kind of hungry now but a bit late to be eating
