    Curry can be very nutritious.
I make Madras/Jalfrezi and I put red and green peppers in, with onions, garlic, chillies, fresh tomatoes, tinned tomatoes, spices, herbs, chicken breast and it's served with brown rice.
It's just being careful with the oil and the accompaniments that's all.

    Anyway..

Breakfast: Bowl of granola, cup of tea

Lunch: Cheese and ham toastie, few crisps on the side. Glass of water.

Dinner: Lasagne with a big salad.

Does it cost you much to cook it?

    Haven't had weetos in years.

Won't be buying a box either. Not after the coco pops incident.

I had porridge for breakfast. I had a M&S "fuller for longer" salmon and prawn salad thingy for lunch.

I'm gonna have a pile of blueberries now with greek yogurt.

And I'll have steak and broccoli for me dins and a protein shake after my run.

    I want coco pops.

God, I loved Weetos. One of the few cereals that was equally excellent with hot or cold milk.

    Brekkie: I don't eat breakfast

Lunch: 5 multi-grain ricecakes topped with tuna mixed with pesto, and two clementines.

Dinner will be stuffed courgettes. And a glass of wine, cause that's just how I roll.

Ha! You're only human, and sometimes the whole box is just too much of a temptation. Regret nothing!

    Fanta. Unleash the taste!

Club Orange is a superior brand of fizzy pop, though.

    Are you Scottish?

No, but I lived in Scotland for many, many years. Hence cravings for things like Irn Bru and Tunnock's tea cakes/caramel logs.
