I see Tesco are doing a jar of Ballymaloe Relish for €2 at the moment so that's going in my trolley tomorrow.
    It's normally €4.89

Breakfast: 1 slice of wholemeal toast with butter, cup of tea

Lunch: Wrap filled with roast turkey slices, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes (which kept slipping out and causing rivulets of juice to run down my arm), scallion and Frank's RedHot Sauce. An orange. (Been very lucky lately with oranges; the net I bought last week had no pips in them)

Dinner: A delicious home-made chilli con carne with brown rice.

Snack: Bag of Skips and a can of Coke Zero.

PS And two JellyBabies I found in the cupboard. Didn't want them to feel lonely so I ate them.

I have eaten nothing of nutritional value today.

I had a bowl of sugar Just Right with a load of fresh strawberries thrown in to make me feel better about the whole thing.

And I had two chocolate digestives. McVities. Obviously.

And I'm going to have a curry and a pint after work.

    Cos that's the why.

Amen sister! Sure feck it, sometimes you need to just not give a shyte.

I have a wedding tomorrow and a more-than-a-little snug dress to fit into, and I've still just gone and eaten half a box of chocolates because feck it all to hell. Anyway, SPANX.

    Had no breakfast
Then a latte with lots of sugar.
The 2 scrambled eggs with some french bread and a banana.
Then roast chicken, carrots, cauliflower and 2 mini roast potatoes.
    Then ALL THE CHOCOLATE.

The usual bowl of oatmeal for breakfast with a handful of almonds thrown in.

Lunch was gluten free bagel with 1/2 chicken breast.

Have left over gf pasta in the fridge, will probably have that and a piece of fruit before work.

II'm literally just having my first cup of it ever and it's so tasteless! Used it be nicer?

Anyway, today: scrambled eggs and toast. Avocado and sriracha on toast, coffee. Chocolate mallow teacake thing. Giant bowl of wholewheat pasta with bacon lardons, courgette, onion, pepper and feta. Dark orange chocolate with almonds with the disappointing tea.

Oh yes it used to be really nice...could never tell the difference between it and Lyons, but it's changed now.
    Back to Lyons with me.

I'm studying for exams at the moment so this is every day for me right now.

I wouldn't call curry not nutritious though, lots of good stuff there, especially if there's veg.
