    Feeling a lot better.
    Breakfast - 2 rashers, 2 sausages, 2 hash browns (all grilled), one fried egg.

    2 coffees.

    No lunch, I'm still full.

    Lots of water.

    Dinner will be a stir fry with peas, carrots, beansprouts, pepper, chillies, chicken and rice noodles.

    Breakfast: Alpen, cup of tea

    Lunch: 4x Carr's crispbreads, onion and chive flavoured cottage cheese, half a raw red pepper, 2x Chicken Goujons, apple

    Dinner: Pork chop, baby potatoes, carrots and peas, gravy

    Snack: Banana, tea

    It doesn't sound like too bad a day but I just put all of this into the calculator on MyFitnessPal and I'm at nearly 1500 cals and about 2 days allowance of carbs lol

    Tomorrow will be better!

    Breakfast: Wheetabix, OJ, yogurt, boiled egg with slice of brown bread.

    11s: Tea with brown scone with jam/butter.

    Lunch: Honey chicken roll with a can of coke.

    I struggled to hit 1,400 cals yesterday and I ate loads more than that. How many carbs are you aiming for a day?

    I don't want to turn this into a nutrition thread, just curious.

    My carb target is set to 158g
    Most of my cals today came from full fat milk and the goujons - tomorrow will be skimmed milk and skinless chicken breast!
    A lot of the carbs came from the fruit so I guess it's not too bad.
    I'm not on a strict diet, I just use the calculator now and again to remind yself that certain foods are not as good for me as I think they are!

    The carbs would mostly be from the Alpen rather than the fruit I'd have thought. Alpen is preettttty high in sugar.

    I only asked because yesterday I had porridge, cous cous, veg, fruit, and wheat crackers, and my carbs were still under 150g.

    Sorry, I'll stop now. I'm just analysing everything I eat at the moment because of running.

    Sure 1,500 calories isn't OTT at all at all.

    Anyway! Today...

    Bowl of Crunchy Nut corn flakes, fruity tea cake, a banana. Coffee

    Breaded Pollock with spicy wedges, corn on the cob and broccoli.

    Few glasses of water. Cuppa tea and now having a strawberry Muller rice

    I was spoilt today and was cooked breakfast :)

    Breakfast - 2 rashers of bacon, fried egg, 2 slices of brown bread and butter, cup of tea

    Lunch - Smoked Salmon, Avocado, Red Pepper, Carr's Crispbreads, Tea

    Dinner - Chicken Stirfry with Hoi Sin Sauce, Beansprouts, Mushrooms, Red Onion, Noodles

    Snacks - Tea and a Digestive Biscuit

    A yummy day! :D

    Toast. Giant omelette with chorizo, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheddar. Coffee. Pineapple and watermelon. Chocolate rum cake. Lamb chops, potato salad with chives, and a side salad. Tea.

    Since getting in from work at 8pm.

    Pasta, with a homemade spicy tomato sauce, sausage, chorizo, and quorn peices.
    Bag of crisps, a mars bar, and a granola bar.
    A bottle of coke, and 2 pints of water.

    Foot long chicken Tikka sub with all salads loaded.
    2 cups of tea with lemon.
    Lots of water.

    Nothing fancy :(

    Breakfast: porridge with blueberries & a couple of spoonfuls of chia seeds.
    Lunch: brown walnut ciabatta with chicken, cheddar & tomato.
    Dinner: fish & chips with peas.
    Snack: banana, some melon slices & a cup of camomile tea.

    No chocolate today \o/ I've really cut down in the last couple of months - I used to eat about 3 bars a day :o

    Breakfast: A sausage sandwich, cup of tea.

    Lunch: Salad of lettuce, grated carrot, tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, scallions, gherkins, radishes, cucumber and some sliced cajun chicken. Pint of water.

    Dinner: Home-made mince burger made with red onion, garlic, wholegrain mustard, rosemary and oregano, with onions and gravy, mashed potatoes and peas.

    Having some wine now. Had a handful of OH's Salt n Vinegar Pringles and they taste awful chemically...

    Ohmigod today I ate EVERYTHING.

    I tried to run very far but I only ran a bit far and then walked a little bit of the way home my legs still did 18 km but I was so so so bolloxed that I had to eat everything.

    Jesus I are an awful lot. I ate nothing bad all week though so screw it.

    Porridge and a slice of soda bread for brekkie.
    1 dioralyte
    2 energy gels
    Lucozade sport
    Chocolate milk
    Pulled pork roll
    Strawberry trifle
    1 cappuccino
    4 toffeepops
    2 slices of pizza
    Half a Guinness
    2 sesame snaps
    Bucket loads of water

    Big durty breakfast of superquinn sausages with ketchup and poached eggs on toast. Coffee. Latte at lunchtime, then takeaway of red Thai curry with chicken and loads of veg. Red wine.

    5 medium sized mushrooms chopped up and fried in butter with rainbow peppercorn and salt and pepper
    3 grilled rashers
    2 tomatoes
    2 matchbox sized pieces of gruyere cheese
    A coffee with cream and one sugar

    Portion of cucumber (about 2 inches long) cut into fingers and a carrot cut into fingers with cream cheese for dipping
    100g snack pack of cashew nuts

    Tomato and basil soup

    Nearly 2 litres of water

    Scrambled eggs, toast and coffee. Greek yoghurt, blueberries and crushed ginger oatcakes on top. Tomato and basil soup, tuna salad. Chocolate chip cookie, tea. Roast chicken, artichoke, potato, cauliflower and feta mash. Tea.

    First time trying artichoke. Don't like it!

    I'm on my holipops right now and I think I'm going to be rolled home from them. Uh oh.

    Today I eated;

    Scrambled egg, a saussie, and a slice of sourdough toast with jam.
    A waterford blaaaaaa with butter and ham
    Smoked haddock with a cabbage and potato cake and spinach and peas
    Chocolate Sundae
    2 glasses of wine
    Eleventy cups of tea
    2 cappucinos

    >.<

    I swimmed though. That counts for something, right?

    At 8am I had 2 poached eggs, a hash brown and beans with a banana, a bottle of orange juice and a big pot of coffee.
    At 10.30am I had an apple and raspberry yogurt with 2 peaches.
    At 1pm I had a spicy hot chicken wrap from Spar with lettuce, tomato, sweetcorn and taco sauce followed by a cappucino and a 750ml bottle of water.
    After the gym I was starving and wanted something quick and filling. I picked up a Morrocan lamb tagine and a tray of colcannon mash from Supervalu and mixed it all in a saucepan with baked beans. It was a big sloppy delicious concoction :) Stuffed now.

    9am - smoothie made of peanut butter, banana, milk, honey and flaxseed

    11am - slice of toast with a laughing cow triangle thing, fish paste, feta and chicken slices. Activia yoghurt aswell.

    2pm - crackers with cheese

    5pm - roast chicken breast, peas, turnip and a spud.

    6pm - 2 squares of 85% dark chocolate. 'Tis bitter stuff but I like it!

    Loads of tea and coffee and water throughout the day.

    Glass of wine now. :)
