    Breakfast: Bowl of Shreddies. Glass of cranberry juice

    Lunch: Ham salad sandwich. Handful of salt & vinegar pringles. Tea

    Dinner: Seasoned chicken thigh & legs, with spicy oven baked wedges, corn on the cob and green beans. Glass of Irn Bru

    Few glasses of water

    Now going to have a jumbo soft raisin cookie with a hot chocolate... hold me back!

    Had a horrible bug all night and felt so rough all day. 😷

    Hubby bought me a bottle of lucozade and made me a fried egg sandwich which I devoured and now regret😵😵

    Today? As in from midnight?

    Couple pints of Guinness and couple of Sambucas, and Taco Chip on way home.

    Since getting up again.

    Fry at about midday. Garlic and herb sausage, streaky bacon, fried egg, beans, toast, and some fruit juice.

    Some tea and cake around 6.

    Then dinner out. Butternut squash and potato soup. Cod and chips. Chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Finished off with a cup of tea.

    Thoughout day, loads of water, and half a bag of fruit pastels.

    Skipped breakie - wasn't sure how I felt.
    LUNCH - 2 lamb leg steaks marinated in olive oil, garlic and mint. Wedges and salsa.
    DINNER - koftas, Spiced flat bread, couscous with chilli and mint and tzaiki.
    SNACK - naked chocolate bar.

    DRINKS - coffee, water and a small bottle lucozade.

    Porridge, banana, bagel, chocolate rice cake and now having tropical juice. With a pile of jam on my porridge and a few too many jellies.

    I've had way too much sugar today :(

    Spiced mince balls (baked), salad with spinach, cucumber, tomato and orange pepper.

    DINNER :
    Chicken curry with wholegrain rice
    Coffee

    SUPPER/SNACK:
    Nákd cocoa crunch bar
    Granny smith apple
    Coffee

    DRINKS
    2.5Litres water

    Bootcamp today nearly killed me after having the bug at the weekend.

    Breakfast: Bowl of Jordan's Crunchy Oat Fruit 'n' Nut Granola..just a small bowl, it's really filling. Cup of tea, a mandarin and another cup of tea.

    Lunch: Visited my parents today. Dad cooked roast beef, roast potatoes, croquette potatoes, turnips, carrots, peas and gravy. Had some of Mam's home-made pavlova with mixed berries on top. Two cups of tea.

    Then when I came home, I had another cup of tea and a small Kitkat.

    -Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein x2scoops w/ Almond Milk 400ml
    -Kidney Beans, Red pepper +Lettuce

    +2L water
    + 2x Monster Absolutely Zero (what can I say, everyone has a vice.... :P)

    Roast chicken thighs and drumsticks, roast baby spuds, corn on the cob and green beans. Another banana

    Smoothie, coffee. Big salad from Cracked Nut with lots of butternut squash, chickpeas, celeriac, apple and carrot. Dark choc rice cake. Spaghetti bolognese with cheese. Club milk. Cup of tea.

    Breakfast: Two cups of oats, scoop of whey, 4 egg whites and 3 whole eggs, blueberries...made into a pancake

    Lunch: Ground turkey breast, green beans, brown rice and some ketchup

    Shake: 2 scoops of whey, baby scoop of creatine, 4 scoops of oats

    Dinner will be: Two chicken breasts chopped up, sweet potato, green beans and some ketchup

    Later tonight: More than likely some Greek yoghurt with a scoop of whey thrown in as well as sultanas and/or blueberries

    Breakfast: Croissant with scrambled egg. So good, put red pesto in there and some mushrooms too :) Also, cheese and soy sauce.

    Lunch: A massive bowl of vegetable stew with cheese and spinach bread. So tasty and filling.

    Dinner: Homemade vegetable curry. I put in bamboo shoots, spinach, carrot, bean sprouts, onion and mushroom.

    Also, a glass of wine. Think I'll have a can of cider as well.

    Left over Roasted tomato and basil soup
    Big sandwich - 2 wholegrain bread, ham, tomato, spinach, scallion, avocado, cucumber and houmous YUM
    Banana

    SUPPER
    Fage 0% greek yoghurt with strawberries mixed through
    Eric snack crisps (ready salted)
    Náked cocoa crunch bar
    1 square galaxy bar

    DRINKS
    2litres water
    Camomile tea
    Peppermint tea.
    1 can sugar free redbull

    Fage greek yoghurt is my new (to me) discovery. Really really thick and creamy, delicious yoghurt. I forsee it in my days eatings alot from now on.

    Pre-run munch: Scoop of hemp protein and water

    Breakfast: Scoop of hemp protein, banana and a spoon of peanut butter mixed with five spoons of porridge and water

    Dinner: A load of spinach, soya mince, brown rice, garlic, tomato puree and chili mix thingy

    Cup of coffee

    Tea: 2 Brown pitta breads baked with tomato puree and chili flakes spread on top of them
