You will hear Ghost stories at every single Campus tour. I was on 3 and each time I heard 2 identical ghost stories :)

That orientation was seriously boring. Fair play to the people who ran it, but lord was I bored. Cept for Mal. I love Mal.

I agree. That "Meet the Student Services Team" talk was particularly boring and cold  The lecture hall was actually freezing.
The academic & technology resources talk wasn't much better. My tour guide was absolutely lovely, I didn't get her name though. :(

Anyone know the opening and closing times of the University library from Monday-Thursday? :)

Library opening hours about half-way down on the right hand-side

Anyone know how long the training for societies goes on for each week? For example I want to join the Swimming, Athletics, Badminton societies.. Anyone know how many hours a week I would have training/practise for these societies?

Most do an hour and a half per session but some a bit longer. There's usually 2/3 sessions per club per week.
