    SUN while I'm fairly confident cycling I'm not gonna attempt it while asleep :p

    Sauve you could totally cycle over here, nite sure you'd be be fit for much else :p I'm doing a 120k in September :eek:

    Pem at the minute 50k takes me 2.5 hrs, theres a 100k thing on in May that I want to do. Much training needed!

    I have done a 30k, that was under 2hrs but that was before I got the road bike! Lots of training is needed for me too! I may die...
