    Bray.

Weather is pish mind, on the way there the wind and rain was blowing into my face and I thought "ah at least it'll be behind me on the way home".

Nope, into my face again! :pac:

I frickin hate cycling in the rain!! Hate it. Fair play.

I just cleaned the kitchen, and hoovered the stairs, hall and sitting room. Domestic goddess me!

18K run completed. Pissing rain and I'm as wet as an otters pocket but bloody worth it.

Sprinted for the last 1K. Maybe not a good idea but I got home quicker at least. :pac:

EDIT: It was 8K. Not 18K. It's all I could muster. Done at a daycent tempo though.

How do you run that far?? I can manage just about 4km. :o

    See edited post. ;)

It's a mixture between peserverence and patience really. When I started running I basically ran.. well jogged, as slow as I could for as long as I could.

Then you add a little extra onto that distance and then you start gradually upping your tempo.

Ah right, still good going though. Espeically in the rain!

    That condition doesn't sound fun.

We've had rain, thunder and lightning and sun here. Where are you flying to?

2 hour weight session done this afternoon. Walked out of the gym feeling f*cking God-like! :D

Cardio session tomorrow will be a lot trickier though. I'm not as aerobically fit as I'd ideally like. If over the summer I could get to the stage where I could run 5K relatively comfortably I'd be over the moon. At the minute I can hardly manage one... :o

The most exercise I've done today is a walk to the shops, which are only 5 or 6 minutes away. I have no energy today. I just want to lie down and not move. :(

Also, I have loads of very confusing paperwork to do. I don't understand it, I don't even know if I'm filling out the right forms for the right things, and nobody I've asked understands all the legal jargon in it, either! :(

Just finishing my own exercise routine now, so I'm going to grab a shower then rush off to my club session. Then when all that's done I'm going to the pub to wash away all the good work I've done to my body :D

I need to be doing 100 by august.

To be fair its 14km more than you have done before, so it's alll good :)

I cleaned my apartment today - does that count as exercising :pac:
