I know, those picnic tables are hard to resist! I hate going in to B+Q, always seem to come out with a new fecking picnic table.

Same thing happened me today. Shopping for dresses, and came home with a picnic table and bed sheets... damn my self indulgent and frivolous nature :o

Why do you need more than 1 picnic table??

I'm getting one for €60 so it's a solid investment for the summer, myself and my mates can chill out having a few drinks before town etc.

Or even just for me to have coffee and read a book on weekends.

I'll need to put some wood oil on it....any recommendations - something I could use on my fence too so I can get two jobs done at once :)

Just came to my attention that I've been off cigarettes for over 100 days....never saw that happening tbh :)

I had a yummy wrap with chicken, pepper, sweetcorn, mushroom and olives, with cajun seasoning. Also homemade. :D

Also, spent most of the day learning songs to add to my set list for gigs. Turns out I really do a decent cover of 'How To Save A Life' by the Fray :D

Is everyone on boards having pasta for dinner today?

I'll stick with my awesome wrap.

Never went to the hospital last night over my arm, realised I'm too broke so I'm borrowing money from the parents to go in a few days. It's progressed to the point where I'm in a sling now because I can't move it. ahahaha, it's so irritating to type, but my boards addiction is still too strong to resist!

Garlic, onions, mushrooms, courgettes,a pound of fresh mince, like proper butchers mince and not the packeted stuff you get in tesco or dunnes,Lloyd Grossman sauce,a small squirt of chef tomato sauce then sprinkled with grated mozzarella and red cheddar cheese.

    Check and mate.

Lloyd Grossman sauce is not home made bolognase! Ya need to get with the tinned tomatoes for it to be proper home made. I'm going out for dinner but I was supposed to make spag bol. Everyone is eating the same thing. It's like we're one big happy (but slightly dysfunctional) family (who just happen to be split all over Ireland)

    Pstch! No good :p

Another interview tomorrow. All these places would give me scope to get more specialist experience, paedriatic testing and more unusual contact lenses. It's what I want. I'd need to buy a car (and as a result get my licence:o) for tomorrows job. BUT, it wouldn't be a problem until Aug.

Was gonna make some cookies, but will leave it until the weekend - family gathering. Must make carrot cake some time.

Mad Men at 9pm. Know nothing about it, but word seems good.

    Y'know when you buy food in tins or packets, and sometimes written somewhere on it are instructions on how to cook it. Well, this;

    Bacon makes everything better!
