I was in a bridal shop there last year and they had a full range of debs dresses too.

I have to say, it did look like the rack was full of cast-off dresses from 'My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding'. Lots of nylon, neon colours and diamante, with little fabric around the boob area.

    Classy, they were not.

I am very worried about the styles of debs dress that are becoming popular, I think debs dresses that are cut out at the sides and tummy are very sluty and cheap looking, Its a shame that so many 16/17 year old childern feel the need to copy each other by wearing such tack.

I am very jealous of the style of debs dress that are becoming popular, I couldn't possibly get away with wearing a dress that is cut out at the sides and tummy, especially not the tummy... so I don't think anyone many years my junior should either.
It's a shame that when I was that age we all had to wear those damn puffed up taffetta things that looked like your granny got married in it...god I wish I was 20 years younger.

I never understood the tradition of girls plastering themselves with so much fake tan it looks like someone either took a dump on their faces or chocolate mousse yogurt was applied for the debs. Seriously, its absolutely horrible. Do they all really think it makes them look good?

We've confirmed that some are 18/19, thus out of the "jailbait" age range...

Are you mother/father with a daughter going to a debs or are you just a pain in the prick busy-body?

Most of them are 18 at least if not 19, hardly children.

Still too young to be wearing slutty clothes IMO.

Learn to take a joke, it'll make life a lot easier.

As far as the word slutty, sexed-up would probably have been a better choice.
    In short, revealing.
Wearing a "sexy" dress is a lot more acceptable when you are older than your teens. Im 30 now, and id only go as far as wearing something figure hugging.
No slits or revealing areas on parts of my body that should really be covered up in public.
Its just not classy otherwise. And plain wrong if youre still only a teenager.

Sorry. Some things just should not be joked about IMO.
"Sexy children"? If you find that funny then I reckon youre not very mature.
