    tough day at the office. Pace was never easy, was close to target up to 15 but eh wheels came off and in the end, finishing was one of the hardest things I have had to do. 3'26'18 I think, only 15 seconds faster than my 'training run' in Longford :o.

    3:09:02 for me, a 3 minute pb. Heat was fairly extreme. Hit halfway on schedule (1'29) but i knew i couldnt sustain it so happy in the end to get under 3'10.

    Managed it in 3:22:59. Absolutely thrilled. Last 10k very tough, slowed quite a bit, heat was a killer. Anyone hear what the temp was. Big PB though, 28mins+ quicker than DCM last year. Full report later in the week. Big session tonight me thinks!!!

    Well done Neil - I took 20 mins off my Dublin time and 14 off Cork - thought I was a hero until your check in!

    Next year for a Boston qualifier....but now I'm gonna get stuck into a few pints!
