What's mizzley? I never heard the term.
Is it a cross between mist and drizzle?

exactly that, trying to rain but still get your boiler suit soaked driving round the farm on the bike.

Dry and warming up again. Brace yourselves the burn's coming back! Just heard a farm 30km away has 300 cows dried off and the rest on OAD (another 300).

Snow here too. Good bit stuck and light flakes falling now and again. Hope it doesn't stay as it takes very little to 'snow' us in so that it's impossible to move.

Cold with showers of rain and hail . I checked a heifer last night at 3 and she was just after calving and licking him. It was dry that time so I went back to bed and the heavens opened for an hour . I went out this morning and he running around the garden with a lad born a few days ago so alls well ! Was about an inch of snow here this morning but it's melted away now. I'd just be wary of all this wetness freezing tonight

    From the free dictionary
    miz·zled, miz·zling, miz·zles
To rain in fine, mistlike droplets.

Snowing heavy in cork now, wasn't too bad all day. A bit of thunder too. Visibility is fair cat in snow, anyone see that pile up in Michigan on Facebook or one of them

gritting yard is now across the road from us in an industrial estate, a housing estate backs on to this, the residents are not happy that the gritting lorries are being loaded during the night, they have little to be complaining about

We are in the same situation here so we load each wagon in the middle of the day if we are only out once.
